Position: Receptionist
Wage: $25-$28.55 (to be negotiated)

The role involves greeting visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or service, answering and forwarding phone calls, taking messages, scheduling appointments, and performing various clerical duties.
Responsibilities
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Provide basic information to clients and the public
- Obtain and process information required to provide customer service
- Operate switchboard or telephone system
- Order office supplies
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Send invoices
- Receive and issue payment
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Provide customer service
Qualifications
Employment requirements:
Language: English
Education: Completion of secondary school
Experience and specialization
- Computer and technology knowledge
- Electronic scheduler
- Electronic mail
Type of experience: Call centre or relevant experience
