Fish Filleter full time position 30-35 hrs per week. Early morning to mid day with the ability to be flexible with hours.

• Clean and fillet fish as per required company standards
• Maintain and organize work area
• Clean and sanitize filleting area
• Maintain inventory of fish and requirements from the Kitchen

• experience working with fish
• experience filleting and handling fish
• knowledge of food safety and sanitization
• ability to learn new techniques
• good physical shape ( heavy lifting required)
• Work well alone and under direction
