Bachata Dancing Performance & Intro to Salsa workshop - Free @ Down to Earth Gallery 1:00pm w/ Thomas Jono
- 1 pm - Discover and learn the basic steps of salsa dancing and dance to the music. It is fun and a great way to meet new people while dancing in a Latin culture. For the performance, I will do a Dominican Bachata demo. Dominican Bachata dancing is all footwork and primarily done solo and is originally danced in the Dominican Republic.

- Original acrylic landscape artist Jessica A. McVicker from JAMmed Studio will be giving away one of her original landscape paintings and 4 workshop passes! Come by to get your Diamond Passport stamp.

Bellydancing Performance and Workshop - Free @ Government Dock

Jade is a local bellydance performer and instructor with 12 years of experience. She’s learned from instructors and styles from all over the world. Jennifer fell in love with belly dance 9 years ago and she’s decided to start bellydancing again alongside Jade. They will perform a famous modern Egyptian song: Shik Shak Shok by Hassan Abou El Seoud.

Workshop: for the next half hour Jade will be teaching an all levels overview of the four types of movements in belly dance. You’ll learn some of the most popular action, single action, slow and travelling belly dance movements.
